Hi!
I’m a UX designer who creates thoughtful, human-centered experiences grounded in research and emotional insight.
My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, visual storytelling, and systems thinking. I ask careful questions, listen closely, and design with intention, especially in spaces where trust, learning, and long-term relationships matter.
Before moving into UX, I worked as a writing teacher, illustrator, and surface designer. Those experiences continue to shape how I design today: with clarity, empathy, and an appreciation for how people feel, not just how they move across screens.
The Crossover Skillset
My background shaped how I think, not just what I design.
Teacher →
The Facilitator
I learned clarity is kindness. Years of explaining complex concepts to students of different levels taught me how to break down ambiguity and create an inclusive experience in the classroom.
Illustrator →
The Visual Storyteller
I learned to guide the eye. My background in art ensures that my designs aren't just functional; they use hierarchy, balance, and visual rhythm to lead users intuitively through a flow.
Surface Designer →
The Systems Thinker
I learned the power of the pattern. Creating seamless repeats requires an obsession with consistency and grids. I bring that same rigor to building scalable Design Systems where every component fits perfectly.
